Shipping to all reachable areas in Egypt take from 2-5 days since date of purchase. In extremely rare events some orders may take longer due to unusual conditions.

Return & Exchange Policy

We offer returns and exchanges on all items under the following conditions

Customers may request a refund or exchange within a 14-day period from the date of purchase, accompanied by proof of purchase or the order number. 

All purchased items should be in their original condition (unwashed, unaltered, spotless) with the all tags intact.

Exchanging your purchased item with a different size is all right as long as the requested item is in stock.

Your request will be reviewed immediately post its submission and you should receive an email shortly after with the status of your request.

Exchanges and returns can be managed at Juvenile HQ and can be requested via email accompanied with the order number and the request type refund/exchange and should be stated clearly in the subject.

*Shipping expenses required to execute a return or an exchange are on the customer.

*Both returns and exchanges may take up to 5 business days.

*All returns are executed through Instapay.

*All discounted items cannot be returned (applied in bundles too).

*All customer service emails will be replied to within the period from 10 AM to 6 PM.

Changes & Cancellations

In order to change or cancel your order, you need to contact us as soon as possible since all dispatched orders are not subjected to change or cancellation.
